The Cedar Falls Civic Foundation, a 501 (c)(3)
not-for-profit organization was established in Cedar Falls,
Iowa in 1977 and is administered by a Board of Trustees,
including the Mayor of Cedar Falls, representatives
of local financial institutions, Chamber of Commerce,
Iowa Bar Association and other community representatives.
